    NexGen Tutoring – Terms and Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions apply to all students and parents/guardians who enrol in, attend, or pay for classes at NexGen Tutoring. By enrolling, you agree to the terms below.

    1. Enrolment and program structure

    1. NexGen Tutoring programs run on a term basis. Fees are generally set for a full term of classes.
    2. Enrolment is confirmed once the required fees are paid (or an approved payment plan is in place).
    3. NexGen Tutoring offers a free trial lesson. After the trial, if you choose to continue, enrolment becomes a full-term commitment and full-term fees apply.

    2. Fees and payment

    1. Fees are payable in accordance with the payment timelines below unless a payment plan has been approved by management in advance.
    2. All fees are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before a new term begins..

    3. Early Bird Discount

    1. An Early Bird discount may be offered for families who confirm enrolment and pay fees by the stated deadline.
    2. From Term 4 onwards, to qualify for the Early Bird discount, families must confirm enrolment for the next term and pay the full term fees by Week 10 of the previous term.
    3. If payment is not received by the deadline, the Early Bird discount will not apply.

    4. Standard payment timeline

    1. Families who do not use the Early Bird discount must pay the full term fees by Week 1 of the new term.
    2. If a family is experiencing financial difficulty, they may request a payment plan by contacting NexGen Tutoring before the start of the term. Payment plans are approved at management’s discretion.

    5. Sibling discount

    1. NexGen Tutoring offers a sibling discount of $50 per child when multiple children from the same family are enrolled during the same term.
    2. The sibling discount applies to term fees and is not redeemable for cash.

    6. Part-term enrolment

    1. Fees are designed for full-term enrolment.
    2. If a student enrols for less than a full term, fees will be calculated based on the number of weeks the student is enrolled.
    3. Any part-term enrolment arrangement must be confirmed at the time of enrolment

    7. Refund policy

    1. After the free trial lesson, once a family confirms continuation and enrols for the term, no refunds will be granted.
    2. In exceptional or extraordinary circumstances, management may, at its discretion, review a request for a refund or credit. Any decision made by management is final.
    3. Refund requests (where considered) must be submitted in writing with supporting information.

    8. General

    1. NexGen Tutoring reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the website and will apply to future enrolments and terms.
